She's cute too!
This blog is not dedicated to Charlie. Janie is very cute too! She has now mastered rolling around. She also loves sucking on her toes when she's not doing a ton of smiling!
Disappointed
Yesterday when Brett made Charlie go get a diaper change, Charlie preferred to stay downstairs and play. Charlie turned to Brett and said "Daddy, I'm very disappointed in you."
Totally Awesome
Brett and Charlie were putting together one of his new puzzles he got for Christmas. Brett was telling him that he was doing a good job and Charlie replied "Dad, I'm totally awesome."

I disagree
We were eating dinner together (Charlie, Janie, me, Brett, Katie and Mikey) when we were discussing who ate enough dinner to have dessert. We went around the table and all agreed that Brett, Katie and I had eaten enough. We then asked if Mikey had eaten enough dinner to have a cookie for dessert, Brett, Katie and I agreed. Charlie spoke right up and said "I do not agree! Mikey does not have any teeth!"
Grumpy Old Troll at Joann Fabrics
There is a grumpy old troll in one of the episodes of Little Einsteins that Charlie likes. Today though, we were at Joann Fabrics and we saw a man standing there who must have been waiting for his wife - he wasn't doing any shopping, just standing. Charlie said, "Mom, look! There is the grumpy old troll!" Thank God the man didn't know Charlie was talking about him. The funny thing is... the guy did look like the grumpy old troll!
The Castle
There is a house being built in AH that has a turret, lots of stone work and we call it the castle house. When we drive to the grocery store, we drive by and check out the "castle house." Today, Charlie said - "Woah, that's a great big castle. That's where all the princesses live!"

non-Working Mom
Today, when we dropped Brett off at work after having lunch with him, Charlie said to me, "Mom, are you going to work?"
I answered, "No, I get to stay home with you today"
He replied, "Mommy, I'm such a lucky ducky to stay home with you."
Unfortunately, I've got to go to work tomorrow.
